About Us

Hello, my name is Marie Moch.  I’m the founder of Lookin for a Beadin.  Lookin for a Beadin is a small family-owned business in Broomfield, Colorado.

It all started because of a little girl named Camilla.  This cute little girl who is miles away from me is my niece’s daughter.  It was Christmas time and I wanted to give her bracelets made by me. The thought of making a few chunky bracelets for Camilla just made me happy.  Each night, for about a month, I would come home from work and go directly to my stones and crystals and start creating different combinations.  My plan was to just make a few for my niece, husband, and boys.  The more I made the happier I became with my new combinations.  After each combination I would have my husband and two boys come into the living room so I could show them what I had created.

My family kept telling me how fantastic they looked.  My youngest son, Liam, saw how enjoyable making bracelets was for me and purchased me a selection of stones as a Christmas gift.  My oldest son, Isaac, was the first one to bring to my attention the fact that other people were interested in the bracelets I was making.  After receiving more and more positive feedback on my creations my husband, Sheridan, encouraged me to try and sell a few.  His encouragement, taking the pictures of the bracelets, and creating this website have helped start Lookin for a Beadin.

Thank you, Sheridan, Liam and Isaac.  I greatly appreciate all your encouragement and support.  This would not have happened without you.
